Go to the drop-down option Practice Area, and choose Commercial Law. Once opened, on the right side is the Lexis 360. This source provides up-to-date news articles pertaining to Contracts Law issues.

Bloomberg Law newsletters:

US Law Week: nationwide coverage of major cases, legislation, and regulations.
Under the News & Analysis tab, select Bloomberg Law News. Newsletters are available on several topics relevant to Contract Law, for example, Antitrust, Business & Practice, Legal Ops & Technology, and Securities.

Law.com: aggregates legal news publications (national and state) on topics including contracts and contractual disputes. Access Law.com thru the library database page. Select "Topics" to explore coverage. Newsletters also available for free.
