Research tip: What type of articles do you need? Newspaper article, bar journal, law review article? Each type fits a different need for current or background information, academic or professional writing. Google Scholar will search for free scholarly, full-text articles. The subscription databases, HeinOnline, Westlaw, and Lexis+ also have law review articles and newspapers.

Articles pertaining to Constitutional Law are infused in most journals and law reviews. Depending on the research needed, you may refine your search by looking for the exact topic you need using one of the library databases, such as HeinOnline, Westlaw, or Lexis.

However, an excellent source for academic periodicals relating to many topics under Constitutional Law can be found in the library's Discovery section. This can be found on the library's main page near the bottom. You may have to refine your search to get the needed articles.

Some journals even have special issues that deal with specific themes; you may find the entire issue relevant.
