The Tribal Court Clearinghouse is a comprehensive website established in June 1997 by the Tribal Law and Policy Institute to serve as a resource for American Indian and Alaska Native Nations, American Indian and Alaska Native people, tribal justice systems, victims services providers, and tribal service providers on issues in additon to the ICWA. Additional information and quick links are provided on many topics, for example, tribal law, federal agencies, crime victims, substance abuse, juvenile law, environmental law, program resources, native resources, publications, conferences, and training seminars/webinars.

There is a great deal of information about Native American issues on this website. It would be a good starting place for research on other issues in addition to the Adoptive Couple case and the Indian Child Welfare Act.
