The following steps outline how to access the rules:
1. Click on the link to the SC Judicial Branch.
2. In the center of the home page, click on the tab labeled "Legal Community."
3. Within the "Legal Community" tab, there is a link titled "Court Rules" in the right column of provided links.
4. After clicking on "Court Rules," you then should be on the page for civil rules. On this page, there are other important SC rules. Such as evidence, criminal, family, appellate, and many others.
5. If you are still having trouble accessing the rules page, just click on this link to the SC Rules of Civil Procedure.
