Pursuant to Charleston School of Law policy, students may apply no more than 12 credit hours in distance education courses towards the J.D. degree. Effective with the spring 2022 semester, students may earn no more than six credit hours in distance education courses in any semester. Only students who have completed 28 credit hours towards the J.D. degree are eligible to enroll in distance education courses.
