Non-Proctored Final Exams

Non-Proctored exams are administered via Examplify.

General Information:

  •  Students have the exam period scheduled for that particular semester - starting at 9:00 am on the first day of exams - to take their non-proctored final. All exams must be submitted by no later than 5:00 pm on the final day of the scheduled exam period.
  • On the first day of the exam period, students will receive an email at 2:00 am, letting them know that their exam is ready to download.
  • At the appointed time, students will receive an email with the password for their exam(s).

You may take the exam(s) at any time during the exam period, but all answers must be completed by no later than 5:00 pm on the last day of the exam period.

***You should refer to the Academic Calendar for the specific dates for each semester. You are responsible for knowing the exam period dates.

Please also be advised that once you open the exam to take it, you will need to complete it in the allotted amount of time indicated by your professor. Any questions regarding time allotment or materials allowed to be used should be addressed to your professor before the exam period begins.

If you receive time accommodations, you will be able to use these on a non-proctored exam if the duration of the exam is fewer than 8 hours.
