Suggested Elective Course Tracks Overview

Students who are interested in learning more about specific areas of law without seeking the qualifying designation may wish to consider  several elective and skills courses listed in the suggested course tracks:

  • Tax Practice
  • Business Law
  • Intellectual Property
  • Legal Technology.

Please note: not all courses listed will be offered every semester or every academic year. The courses listed are representative of the subject matter of the particular track.

Tax Practice Course Track

This suggested track is for students who are interested in any area of federal taxation.

Business Law Course Track

The business law track includes a foundational core curriculum in addition to required courses.
