Members of the School of Law are strongly encouraged to promptly report all incidents of discrimination and harassment, to include sexual misconduct, whether experienced personally or observed. Any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment (whether or not the person that reports is the person alleged to be the victim of the conduct that could constitute a violation of this policy in person), by mail, by telephone, by electronic mail, or by any other means that result in the Title IX Coordinator receiving the person’s written or verbal report.
